We delight in menus featuring farm-to-table, 
authentic Moroccan cuisine with a twist.

 

At Peacock Pavilions, we prepare food the old-fashioned way – made from scratch.  We provide a fixed daily menu that relies on local, fresh ingredients, some from our own gardens.

 

Breakfast (included) - fresh bread baked daily from the village’s communal bread oven (rebuilt as part of our charity, Project Soar), jams, honey, eggs, yogurt, fruit, just-squeezed juice, coffee, and tea.

Lunch – light and fresh (soups, salads, tarts, etc.) served with cookies or fruit for dessert.

Dinner – three delicious courses, ending in an herbal infusion tea to help you sleep.

Moroccan wine tasting - featuring four to six wines, by request for groups of 8 or more.

Handcrafted signature cocktails for parties or by request.

To enhance your experience, meals are served in several locations, depending on the weather and size of your group.  These may include terraces, the pool cabana, private dining rooms or our one-of-a-kind painted Arabian dining tent.

 

As we are a small property, guests must provide a 24-hour advance notice for lunches and dinners.  We do our best to accommodate food allergies as well as provide vegan and vegetarian options.
